The daily photo

I decided that this year I would take a picture of my youngest every morning before school. I had big plans or dreams of doing something really spectacular with these pics, like a 180 days book (an idea I got from Stacey Julian). But after a real conversation with myself, I decided just the pictures for now would be a good goal.

So far, I have a picture of her every day. Once I forgot to take in the morning, so I took it when she got home. Two were taken by my teenager while I was outta town on a belated anniversary trip with dear hubby. But I have every day so far. Pretty good for me since it is the 4th week of school.

The pictures are so funny to me. She likes to make different faces and have different hairstyles. It is so her! Anyway... Allison from Hambly, remember Hambly? Well, she emailed me and asked if I wanted to make something with her me Everyday Eclectic line for the Echo Park blog. Uh, yeah!! I LOVE this line and actually had it in my online shopping cart and I already had a plan to use it for some of these daily headshots of my girl! Perfect!

Here is her first week of school...

I love this ray look. The first time I used it was for Sketchy Thursdays and it is a look I now go back to all the time. It is just so much fun! And Allison's line is so colorful. It's great.

What will I do with all these daily photos? Well, maybe I will do a page each week for her. Maybe not. I am thinking I will put them together by month in a collage and make monthly 12x12 print with them. Something fun and actually IN my album. Right?
