More Jenni Bowlin goodness

My first blog post was up on the JBS Inspiration blog yesterday. I got to work with the new Wren line as well as the kraft stencil paper - which is awesome! I really love the blue in the Wren collection. It is so bold and rich.

I love playing with paints. I have found that using paints on stamps, while messier, is definitely more my style. And my favorite thing about paints is even though the can add color, they also can help to neutralize it. Like the background. I like a neutral background for my pages, but a little malted milk paint dabber helped tone down the beautiful pattern on the background paper so I felt like my photo was on a neutral background.

Plus, the paint adds to my story of the dirty feet. The messy paint and the messy kid. LOVE!
