How excited was I to receive and email from Liz Qualman asking if I would do a guest design spot at Little Yellow Bicycle! Seriously!!!! Oh yeah! What an honor! What a thrill!!! How completely and totally awesome!
Today was my first post over there. You can see it here. I get to work with the Saturdays Collection. It is amazing. The colors are just awesome, blues and tans and reds. Perfect. And I love the textures the papers seem to have. Just so fun to work with. Liz calls it a very adult collection and she is right. It isn't stuffy or old, just good for those moments a little more grown up. You know what I mean?
I used this collection for some pictures of my dear hubby in a local coffee shop. He did not know I was sitting there snapping pictures of him. Hee hee.
And these really are not the kind of pictures I typically scrapbook. But in this instance I just had too. These pictures screamed a story to me. It wasn't a story about that day or that moment. It was actually a story about our future and about our past and how I could see us so clearly someday. I typed up the story and hid it under the middle picture.
Some more details...
Anyway, this was so much fun. And I will be back there next week too! I hope you stop by and say hi!

i love this!!!
